Commentairede la MQR Team : At MQR, we have always aimed to elevate ATOM HEART MOTHER, especially its sound and mix. After several earlier attempts, cc pushed the project and, with the support of the MQR team, brought it to completion after months of focused study and experimentation. Using stateoftheart technology, we extracted the best from both Quad and Stereo mixes and combined them into a more coherent and balanced mix than the 1970 originals, revealing details buried in the old masters.

The Bonus Disc:
1. Atom Heart Mother — 2026 MQR Remix without brass, cello, choir and athmo noises. For a livelier listening experience, selected drum parts from the alternate TEY version were added and edited.

2. If — Roger on acoustic guitar and vocals only.

3. Summer ’68 — Redux version : Organ, Mellotron, and brass omitted to highlight a previously buried guitar solo uncovered during stem separation.

4. Fat Old Sun — Most likely David Gilmour played every instrument on this track. We pared it back to his defining strengths: guitar and vocals.

5/6/7. — Alan’s Psychedelic Breakfast presented without Alan and without the breakfast elements.

8. The Amazing Pudding — studio reconstruction. Using the early studio version from TEY as a basis, we reconstructed a studio rendition of The Amazing Pudding as it was performed live in various 1970 versions.

9. Give Birth to a Smile : Recorded around the same time and featuring all four Pink Floyd members alongside Ron Geesin on piano. Paired with The Amazing Pudding, it may have formed an alternate 1970-style LP side.
