Edward J. Repka (né en 1960) est un artiste graphique américain connu pour ses couvertures d’album de heavy metal, notamment celles qu’il a réalisé pour le groupe Megadeth, dont il a conçu la mascotte, Vic Rattlehead. Repka a aussi travaillé sur le design des modèles des films Hellraiser. Il a réalisé de très nombreuses pochettes de disques, surtout au cours des vingt dernières années, pour de petits groupes de heavy metal, généralement dans un style horrifico-réaliste un peu inspiré du dessinateur Richard Corben. Bien qu’il soit surnommé le Roi des pochettes de trash metal, c’est loin d’être son genre de musique favori. Il écoute plutôt de la musique punk.
